Introduction

A new sustainable development for Bourne

Barratt Redrow is excited to bring forward plans for a high-quality residential development on land to the south west of Bourne.

The site benefits from a well-situated edge of town location located to the west of Raymond Mays Way, adjacent to the existing development of Elsea Park.
These proposals aim to deliver up to 270 new homes (inclusive of 30% affordable housing), homes for first-time buyers, families, and those looking to downsize, whilst investing in key local infrastructure and creating vibrant public open green spaces for everyone to enjoy.

This development will not only provide much-needed new homes but also enhance the local environment with a minimum 10% biodiversity net gain, create safe walking and cycling routes, whilst providing financial contributions to support key community infrastructure. By building a sustainable and well-connected community, the plans will contribute to Bourne’s long-term growth and strengthen its position as a thriving market town.
