Barratt Redrow is committed to open and meaningful engagement with the Bourne community. We value your feedback and want to ensure that local voices play a key role in shaping our proposals for the land to the south west of Bourne.
The insights we gather from residents, stakeholders and community groups will help us better understand local priorities – from housing needs to green spaces and infrastructure improvements. Where possible, this feedback will directly inform and refine our plans as they evolve.

The survey on our proposals for new homes in Bourne has now closed and we’re now carefully reviewing all the feedback received.
Community drop-in event
An in-person consultation event took place on Wednesday 14 May 2025, giving local residents the opportunity to explore our proposals, ask questions, and share their views.
